From today, passengers travelling to Germany will be exempt from mandatory quarantine. On 4 June, Germany had removed Turkey from its list of 'high-risk' areas during the coronavirus pandemic.
With Germany moving Turkey from 'very high risk' country status to its list of 'risk countries', passengers travelling there are exempt from mandatory quarantine from today.
Passengers travelling between Turkey and Germany must present, on entry to either country, a PCR or rapid antigen test result, a vaccination certificate, or an official document issued by the authorities confirming recovery from Covid-19 within the last 6 months.
